Next Dance Alchemy Facilitator Training / BALI 9-20 August 2026 / 9th edition
How This Training Works
Learn a clear, structured, and proven movement-based facilitation method
Practice in real time — not just theory
Develop your own voice, presence, and way of guiding
Start shaping your gifts into workshops, sessions, retreats, or meaningful professional offerings
A Holistic Embodiment Practice
You’ll explore movement as a way to access and work with the body, mind, and inner experience.
This is not about collecting techniques.
It’s about embodying what you practice — so your facilitation comes from lived experience, not memorized instruction.
From Experience to Facilitation
You won’t just experience the work.
You’ll learn how to translate embodied experience into clear facilitation, structure, language, and process — so you can guide others with confidence, depth, and sensitivity.
Holding Space & Guiding Process
A core part of this training is learning how to:
Hold space with presence and clarity
Read what is happening in a group and inside of you
Support real processes without forcing them
Create safety, structure, and depth
Guide movement-based experiences with confidence and responsiveness
Developing Your Own Voice
This training is not about copying a method.
It’s about refining your own style, your own way of guiding, and creating something that is truly yours.
The Essence
Confidence.
Structure.
Depth.
Presence.
Authenticity.
What This Is Not
Not performance.
Not choreography.
Not imitation.
Most facilitator trainings teach methods.
Dance Alchemy begins somewhere else.
With a question:
What if transformation does not begin with understanding?
After nearly 20 years of developing and leading Dance Alchemy internationally, and witnessing thousands of people move through transformational processes, I have repeatedly seen something surprising:
Most people trust thinking.
Dance Alchemy teaches you how to trust the intelligence of the body.
Because some truths cannot be spoken into existence.
Safety before transformation.
Take care of yourself.
Take care of others.
It is about authenticity.
The tools are simple.
Your exploration is unique.
Experience before interpretation.
Movement before analysis.
Learn and embody a rich set of tools, practices, and approaches drawn from:
Dance Improvisation
Contact Improvisation
Dance Therapy
Breathwork & Yoga
Body–Mind–Spirit practices
You’ll work with 70+ tools, games, and exercises that are:

You'll learn how to:
Use a clear 8-step structure to design and guide sessions
Facilitate with presence, clarity, and responsiveness
Develop leadership rooted in awareness, intuition, and emotional intelligence
How to hold a group and guide a process from start to finish
This pillar supports you in stepping into leadership — not as a role, but as a lived experience.

Clarity Without Confusion — Finding My Own Way as a Facilitator
“After years of searching for a training that could bring together all the improvisational dance styles I had practiced and my work in the mental health field, this was the only one that truly spoke to my heart.
This training became a life-changing next step for me — a way to fully embody dance, feel it, teach it, and build community through movement.
What surprised me most was the clarity.
Goran’s teaching and method left no room for confusion — instead of copying a teacher, I was guided to find my own way.
I left with tools I could immediately integrate into my work, in a way that felt meaningful, embodied, and truly mine.”
— Tarek Kadan
Dancer, Healer & Mental Health Practitioner — Canada
“I came to the Dance Alchemy Facilitator Training to expand my expression — especially through movement, which was far outside my comfort zone.
What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would support my authenticity, confidence, and clarity as a facilitator.
Through this training, I experienced a profound personal journey of growth and gained practical tools I could immediately integrate into my workshops and offerings.
One of the biggest breakthroughs was realizing I could confidently create and deliver a workshop on the spot — and truly trust myself in that process.
I see this training as especially powerful for people who feel something inside them wanting to come into the world — but it hasn’t yet taken a clear form.
By the end of the training, you don’t just have ideas — you have clarity about who you are becoming as a facilitator, and something real and concrete to offer.
Goran has a rare ability to create trust and safety in a group very quickly. Through breath, movement, and his grounded presence, the nervous system settles — and from that place, real growth becomes possible. He doesn’t just teach facilitation; he embodies it.
I left with clarity, confidence, a tested workshop, and meaningful new collaborations.
You don’t just learn tools — you leave with something you’ve already tried, refined, and can bring into the world. And that’s gold.”
— Nada Kanaan

“I came to this training to gain new tools, build confidence, and expand my teaching approach. I felt stuck in my own style — and this experience gave me fresh perspectives and new possibilities.
Dance Alchemy broadened my understanding of what it really means to be a teacher and facilitator. Watching others teach, combined with receiving insightful feedback, became a real breakthrough for me.
What made the biggest difference was Goran’s approach — non-judgmental, deeply experienced, and able to truly see each person’s unique qualities. I felt safe, supported, and encouraged to grow in my own direction.
His feedback was incredibly precise and valuable, helping me find clarity and develop a teaching style that feels authentic and truly mine.”
— Amira Shawky
Dance & Retreats Facilitator — Netherlands
“ I came to this training to learn new tools for my dance classes — and it exceeded all my expectations.
I was introduced to a wide range of practices, including breathwork, dance improvisation, contact improvisation, and dance therapy, all of which deeply enriched my facilitation skills.
What made this experience truly special was not just the learning, but the whole environment — the beautiful setting, the amazing food, and the deep connections with like-minded people.
Goran is an exceptional facilitator. His strong presence, deep knowledge, and insightful feedback helped me grow, gain clarity, and refine my work in a meaningful way.
I would highly recommend this training to anyone working with the body — whether in dance, yoga, therapy, or meditation.
It’s a transformative experience that supports real growth — both for you and for the people you work with.”
— Carmen Fernandez
Embodiment Coach & Conscious Dance Facilitator — Spain & Ireland
“I came to this retreat to reconnect with myself and become a student again. I felt burnt out by the chaos of life and needed space to gain clarity — both personally and professionally.
What I experienced was far beyond what I expected.
There was inspiration, healing, joy, laughter, tears, freedom — and something truly magical in the space we created together.
The group energy was incredibly supportive, compassionate, and empowering. I didn’t expect such deep connection so quickly, but it became a safe space where real transformation could happen.
During the retreat, I was able to release deep emotional weight I had been carrying. I felt a sense of lightness physically, emotionally, and mentally — and the clarity to move forward became crystal clear.
Goran is a genuinely inspiring facilitator. His presence is both grounded and gentle, yet deeply impactful. I felt supported, encouraged, and truly seen throughout the process.
This experience gave me the time, space, and tools to reconnect with myself, let go of what no longer serves me, and move forward with clarity and confidence in my path.
I would recommend this retreat to anyone who loves movement, is seeking healing or empowerment, or simply needs a reset in life.
I’m already looking forward to the next one.”
— Trish Roche
Dance Facilitator & Choreographer — The Place of Dance, Ireland
“I joined the Dance Alchemy Teacher Training to gain tools, knowledge, and explore my body’s potential through movement — and the experience exceeded all my expectations.
I found deep connections, joy, and laughter, along with moments that challenged me to grow beyond my comfort zone.
One of the most transformative parts was leading a class for the first time and receiving real, honest feedback. That experience gave me confidence I didn’t know I had.
Goran is a clear and insightful teacher. He doesn’t just teach movement — he shares practical guidance on how to build a path as a facilitator and turn it into meaningful work.
What stayed with me most is how he weaves life philosophy with dance in a way that truly lands and stays with you.
I was surprised by my own strength — and how stepping into the unknown opened the door to real growth.
After just one week, I felt aligned with my path, energized, and deeply connected to myself.
The whole experience — the nature, the food, the movement, the breathwork, the space to rest and create — made every day feel like a new discovery.
If you feel the call, trust it.
It can truly change something in you.”

Movement Facilitator — Finland
I’m Goran Bogdanovski — founder of Ficho Institute, creator of Dance Alchemy, lead trainer of the Dance Alchemy Facilitator Training, and Director of PT PMA Arsa Synergy Lestari in Bali.
I’ve lived and breathed dance professionally since 1990 — from the Slovene National Ballet to an international career as a contemporary performer, choreographer, educator, artistic director, founder, and entrepreneur.
Over the past two decades, I’ve created and toured performances worldwide, developed educational programs and training formats, and contributed to the development of the dance and embodied education field through festivals, academies, venues, and platforms such as Nomad Dance Academy, Kino Šiška, CoFestival, and the Center for Contemporary Dance Arts Slovenia.
Since 2006, I’ve developed Dance Alchemy from a weekly training into an international movement-based methodology experienced by more than 3,000 people in 23 countries.
This work is about helping people reconnect with themselves, discover freedom through movement, and create a more embodied way of living, relating, creating, leading, and sharing their gifts.
It’s not just something I teach — it’s something I’ve lived, researched, developed, structured, and refined over time.
I know what it feels like to crave something more from dance — to want deeper connection, purpose, and real transformation.
Many years ago, I stood with this question:
How can movement create meaningful change — and become a path for sharing what I love in a grounded, professional way?
Dance Alchemy was born from that question.
Not just as a method, but as a path of freedom, leadership, embodied transformation, and meaningful work — where structure and creativity come together to help you develop your own voice and guide others with clarity and confidence.
For those who feel called toward deeper transformation, authentic expression, facilitation, creativity, meaningful work, and conscious living.
Mentoring is a space to clarify your direction, strengthen your practice, develop your offering, and bring more structure, confidence, and alignment into your next professional step.
Through movement, dialogue, embodiment practices, creative exploration, and decades of experience in teaching, facilitation, artistic direction, retreats, festivals, education platforms, entrepreneurship, and transformational work, Goran supports people in reconnecting with clarity, confidence, purpose, and aligned action.
