9–20 August 2026 · Ubud — Nalanda
23 January - 3 February 2027 · Ubud — Moksa Dojo
August 2027 · Ubud — (TBA)
This training is designed to take you from personal experience → to guiding others.
You won’t just learn tools.
You’ll learn how to work with them, structure them, and apply them in real situations — in your own way.
Through direct practice, facilitation, and feedback, you develop the clarity and confidence to guide your own sessions.
Practice. Structure. Confidence.
This is the foundation of how you learn, grow, and begin to guide others.
This training is designed as a progressive process —taking you from personal experience → to facilitation → to confident leadership.
Each phase builds on the previous one, so you don’t just learn — you integrate, apply, and grow step by step.
Level 1 — Foundations (5 days)
You begin with your own experience.
Embodiment and movement practice
Core tools and group dynamics
Introduction to facilitation
This phase grounds you in the work —
so what you later guide comes from something real and lived, not theoretical.
Integration (2 days)
This is not a break — it’s a crucial part of the process. Space to rest, reflect, and integrate.
Time to prepare your own facilitation
Here, experience begins to turn into clarity and direction.
Level 2 — Facilitation & Certification (5 days)
You step into guiding.
Advanced facilitation and teaching practice
Real-time feedback and refinement
Business foundations and certification
This is where you apply what you’ve learned —
and begin to trust your own way of leading.
👉 A complete journey from practice → facilitation → leadership
You don’t move forward until it becomes yours.
You love movement and dance, but don’t yet know how to work with it consciously
You feel called to guide others, but lack structure or confidence
You’re tired of choosing between “free expression” and rigid techniques
You already work with people, but feel something is missing in the body
You want to bring movement into your work, but don’t know how
You’re looking for something deeper, more real, and more integrated
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to step in and work through the body.
👉 If you feel a strong “yes” — or even a quiet pull — this is worth exploring.
Most movement spaces give you one side:
Freedom without structure
Or structure without real depth
Dance Alchemy brings both together.
You don’t just learn techniques and tools.
You learn how to work with what is happening — in yourself and others — in real time.
This method is built on decades of real practice across movement, dance, therapy, and embodied work.
It’s not something you copy.
It’s something you learn to live — and apply in your own way.
After years of searching for a training that could bring together all the improvisational dance styles I’d practiced and my healing work, this was the only one that truly spoke to my heart.”
— Tarek Kadan, Dancer, Healer & Mental Health Practitioner
Dance Alchemy is a unique system of embodiment and transformation — developed through decades of practice across multiple disciplines.
Rooted in dance improvisation, contact improvisation, dance therapy, martial arts, somatic practices, spirituality and embodied leadership.
It brings together 100+ practical tools, games, and exercises designed to support:
personal and professional growth, creativity, emotional awareness, relationships and leadership.
This is not random movement or free expression without direction.
It’s a clear, adaptable method — where structure supports freedom, and freedom becomes something you can develop, refine, and share.
You don’t just experience it — you learn how to work with it.
By the End of This Training
You won’t just have new knowledge —
you’ll leave with something real you can use, apply, and build from.

This is more than a training.
It’s a focused environment where you practice, apply, and develop your work in real time —
supported by structure, feedback, and a committed group.
For 12 days, you move through a clear rhythm of:
movement
embodiment
learning
reflection
connection
You’ll work closely with a group of like-minded people —
a temporary tribe where you can practice, explore, and test yourself in a safe and supported space.
You won’t just observe.
You’ll experience, apply, and grow — in real time.
Between sessions, there is space to rest and integrate —
so what you learn doesn’t stay as information, but becomes something you can actually use.
This is where clarity builds, confidence grows,
and your way of working begins to take shape.
“I came to the Dance Alchemy Facilitator Training to expand my expression — especially through movement, which was far outside my comfort zone. What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would support my authenticity, confidence, and clarity as a facilitator.
The process felt both personal and practical. I wasn’t just exploring myself — I was learning tools I could actually use, and discovering that I could create and guide something of my own, even in the moment.
Goran creates a space where you feel safe very quickly. There is a grounded presence in the room that allows you to relax, open, and take real steps forward without forcing anything.
By the end, I left with a clear sense of who I am as a facilitator, a workshop I had already tested, and connections that continue beyond the training. This experience helped me trust myself in a completely new way.”
— Nada Kanaan, Teacher & Healer (USA)
“I came to this training to reconnect with myself and find clarity — both personally and professionally. I didn’t expect how deeply it would affect me.
There was inspiration, healing, joy, laughter, and moments that truly moved something inside me. The group quickly became a safe space where I could open, release, and reconnect.
I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself — with a renewed sense of direction and energy for what’s next.
This experience gave me not just tools, but space to reset and move forward in a real way.
I’m already looking forward to the next one.”
— Trish Roche, Dance Facilitator & Choreographer (Ireland)
“After years of searching for something that could bring together my dance and healing work, this was the only training that truly made sense. It gave me clarity, structure, and the freedom to find my own way — not copy someone else’s.”
— Tarek Kadan, Dancer & Mental Health Practitioner (Canada)
“Dance Alchemy is for people who want to heal, guide, or facilitate something — people who want to alchemize something in the world. Dance Alchemy gives you the skills, the structure, and removes the guesswork around how to create that change — while keeping play at the center.”
- Sonia Leung, Sound Healer, Movement Facilitator & Designer (Canada)
“I came for tools, but left with a completely expanded way of facilitating and working with people. I now integrate this work into my coaching and therapeutic practice in a grounded way.”
- Carmen Fernandez, embodiment coach and conscious dance facilitator (Spain & Ireland)
“This training felt like a living canvas — structured and open at the same time, allowing me to truly make the work my own.”
— Leticia Hurteau, Trainer & Therapist (France)
““I felt stuck in my teaching style — this training gave me clarity, confidence, and a way of working that feels truly mine.
I stepped into my power as a facilitator and found my own voice.”
— Amira Shawky, Dance & Retreat Facilitator (Netherland)
"Goran's wealth of experience and skill, combined with his personalized approach, inspired me to embrace the version of myself who is meant to teach, lead and create transformational spaces in in a way that feels grounded, human, and real.”
- Natasha Ramlall, mind-body coach and somatic dance facilitator (Canada)
“Leading a class for the first time changed everything — I discovered confidence I didn’t know I had.”
— Egne Raba, Movement Facilitator (Finland)
“Dance Alchemy Teacher Training was one of the turning points and most memorable times in my life."
- Jinwook Yang, dance movement therapist and a special education teacher (Korea)
I’m Goran Bogdanovski — dance teacher, choreographer, embodiment coach, and founder of Ficho Institute.
I’ve lived and worked in dance professionally since 1990 — from the Slovene National Ballet to an international career as a contemporary performer, creator, and teacher.
Over the years, I’ve created and toured performances worldwide with my dance company, and contributed to the field by co-founding festivals, academies, venues, and platforms.
Since 2006, I’ve worked with over 3,000 people across 23 countries — bringing together movement, therapy, and embodied leadership into a practical, lived approach.
This work is not about teaching a system to follow — but helping people develop their own way of working.
“I don’t teach you what to do.
I help you discover how to work with what is already alive in you.”
