1. The Alchemist’s Warm-Up
Build presence, energy, and full-body awareness
→ breath, core activation, dynamic warm-up, body–mind–spirit alignment
2. Dance Alchemy Practice
Work with precise, simple tools for movement and dance exploration — drawn from a system of over 100 tools developed over 20+ years.
Each week introduces a different entry point into the work.
You’ll work with tools such as:
-movement qualities and opposites
-movement perception and awareness
-connecting breath with movement and action
-instinct and decision-making
-working with expectations of the mind
-transforming habits into creative material
-working with limitations and the “impossible”
-imagination, sourcing, and expression
-accessing the unconscious through direct methods
-etc.
